Bands were great, staffing was awful!
The music was awesome; however, this was a bit different from my previous experiences at Rise Above Fest at the waterfront. While the staff can't predict weather, they could have done a better job with the message they sent to listeners. My son went to get 3 waters and came back an hour and twenty minutes later with 3 Mountain Dews! Another issue was the vending situation; the sodas had not been restocked, and the venue didn't seem like it could handle the demand. I left early so that I could get t-shirts and didn't even dare to try to get something to eat.
